Questions about pricing
What counts as a tenant?
A tenant is your organisation's Microsoft Entra ID directory, the one you sign in to the Azure portal with. Most companies have one. All Azure subscriptions in that tenant are covered by a single plan.
How does the early bird discount work?
We are welcoming our first customers, so you get 10% off the list price for your first 12-month term. When you renew, the list price applies.
Which plan do I need?
Look at your average monthly Azure bill over the last few months and pick the plan for that range. If your spend moves into a different range during the year, your price stays the same until renewal.
What is the difference between Essentials and Starter?
Essentials is self-service: you connect your tenant yourself and work with the actions and overviews in the portal. Starter adds the full assessment and quarterly reviews. Essentials is meant for environments up to €1,000 per month.
Do you take a percentage of my savings?
No. You pay the yearly plan price only, whatever the savings turn out to be.
Are prices including VAT?
All prices exclude VAT. Belgian customers pay 21% VAT. For businesses in other EU countries, the reverse-charge rule usually applies.
How do you get access to my Azure environment?
You approve the AzureScan app in your Entra tenant. You can withdraw that consent at any time from the Entra admin center.
